What Shoppers Say About Toolup.com
Toolup.com shoppers are largely satisfied with their purchases and delivery experiences. Positive reviewers consistently praise the competitive pricing compared to larger retailers, fast shipping without issues, and clear communication throughout the ordering process. Product quality receives approval, with customers noting that items like power tools perform well and offer good value.
However, a notable minority of customers report significant concerns about inventory accuracy and pricing transparency. Some shoppers have experienced situations where items listed as available are later reported out of stock, with fulfillment issues blamed on carriers. Additionally, several reviewers have raised red flags about discount calculations and price displays on the website that do not appear to add up mathematically, creating confusion at checkout and raising questions about pricing practices.

Can anyone explain the math on that red $148.44 discount banner? The whole website is full of these numbers that don't add up. Original price listed as $221.15 minus $148.44 should equal $72.71, not $189.56. At checkout there's a crossed out price of $552.80, which even if you subtract the discount, doesn't come to $189.56. I understand they might think customers won't notice, but we're smarter than that. I have screenshots proving the math doesn't work on that Milwaukee deal showing $148.44 off. The original was $221.15 and cart checkout showed $189.56 with a struck-through $552.80. None of this makes sense.
The Dewalt 961B half inch impact driver really packs a punch compared to the 900 model. I own both now and honestly the 900 is still pretty solid. Every interaction with ToolUp has been positive, and my stuff got here without any problems.
These DCB240s are fantastic, and getting a two-pack for seventy-nine bucks in 2025 was absolutely unreal!
They communicated clearly and didn't waste time, which is exactly what I wanted.
Got the exact item I needed and the price beat what the big box retailers were charging
