They stayed in touch throughout the process of getting my lid delivered. The whole transaction from checkout to receiving the item took about two weeks. Working outside in Florida means I'm constantly needing water, so this was perfect timing. Just keep that lid sealed tight or you might misplace it.

A two hundred eighty dollar tool arrived wrapped only in plastic bags with basically no padding. When it showed up damaged, I asked for my money back. They couldn't guarantee that ordering the same item would result in better shipping care. I've purchased from Toolup before, but now I'm only using them as a last resort when I can't find better prices elsewhere. The extra hassle and worry isn't worth it.
