The representative told me I'd have to cover the return shipping cost myself. It was $47.52 just to mail it back. That's the last time I'm buying from them.
This is a dishonest company, completely dishonest. Going back to early this year, I dropped over $226 on two sets of kitchen curtains and a tablecloth. Long story short, they promised to ship everything together in one box since I needed the colors to match for a kitchen redesign project. Said it would go out in a few days. Instead, the order arrived in multiple shipments from different suppliers. The curtains came from two separate batches so the colors don't match - some have green edges and some are white. Plus the embroidery was really sloppy on several pieces. After tons of phone calls and emails trying to fix this mess, they agreed by email that the supervisor would send everything back with a return label and replacement items that were all properly sewn and finished. Still waiting for that return label and corrected items to show up at my address. Still waiting after we made this agreement.
Don't do business with this place. I bought soap dispensers and a matching tissue box. The dispensers arrived fine. The tissue box that showed up was completely different from what I ordered. Called to complain and they made it so complicated. They wanted me to send pictures of both items plus product codes, then they'd forward everything to their supplier, and then maybe the supplier would decide if they'd replace it or send a label. That's ridiculous for something that's not even my fault. And they had an attitude about the whole thing. When the return label finally came, the representative basically said they might decide to give me credit or send the right item after they inspect it. Are you kidding me? I shop online all the time and have never seen customer service this bad. I won't ever order from them again and neither should you.
Won't be ordering from this company again and I can't recommend them. Bought a $214 electric blanket over a month ago and it never showed up. I contacted their support team and they claimed it was sitting at FedEx waiting to go out. They basically told me to deal with it myself through FedEx. When I called FedEx, they said they hadn't even gotten the item from the supplier yet. Had to file my own claim with FedEx. Super disappointing service.
