DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I got completely ripped off. Placed my order and called the next day to check if it shipped - it hadn't. Called again the following day and they promised it would go out that same day. I paid an extra $56 for priority shipping because their rep assured me it would arrive in about a week. After 16 days my package still hadn't shown up. I've asked multiple times for that $56 back but they keep refusing. I had to file a complaint with the FTC to try to recover my money. Be very careful with your orders here.

Dropped $500 on stuff and was pumped about the free shipping. Three days later I got a Fed Ex tracking number. A week goes by and the delivery date passes with no package. I check the tracking and now it says USPS is delivering instead. Still nothing two weeks later! Meanwhile I ordered some RC parts from another site the same day and got them from China in five days flat. This was my first and last order with them. I'm hoping the birthday gift actually arrives in time. Update: It came the day before her birthday so I'm bumping up a star. Everything was packed nicely, no damage. I might order again but only if there's no rush. Honestly though, in 2024 getting something delivered within a week of payment should be basic.

Tried to place an order but they couldn't process my Mastercard payment. No phone call, no follow-up email, nothing. The order just hung there. I had to pay through PayPal with my Mastercard backing it. Never had issues with them before Horizon took over, but now both companies have trouble with my PayPal payments. I'm done with them. Also, if you're in Canada be aware that they advertise postal shipping but then charge UPS rates instead. Postal fees are way cheaper but you get hit with UPS handling costs, so they're basically scamming Canadians. They offer free shipping for US members but charge Canadians full price minus a $9.99 credit just so they can claim members get value.

Giving five stars mainly because of the shipping, pricing, and overall service quality. I'd maybe drop it to four due to inventory and stock issues compared to other sites like eBay, but the whole package still makes it worth shopping here. I've been back multiple times. Their customer service is basically gone. No email address to reach them, phone lines are just for orders and that costs me long distance. They have a question section on products but nobody ever responds. They used to be solid years ago but now I'm really hesitant to buy from them.
