What Shoppers Say About Trilogy
Trilogy products have received uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with all reviews rating the company at one star. The primary complaints center on severe customer service failures, including unresponsive communication via phone and email, repeated broken delivery promises, and lack of transparency about product specifications. One shopper reported receiving an expired Rosehip oil product in August 2024, and upon requesting a replacement, received another expired unit from the same batch without a substantive explanation from the company.
Shoppers consistently report difficulty reaching Trilogy through standard communication channels. Calls go unanswered with no voicemail option available, and emails inquiring about product details (such as vitamin C concentration in skincare products) receive no response. The company's handling of quality issues has also raised concerns, with one customer noting that a replacement was shipped immediately but without addressing the underlying problem of expired inventory being distributed to customers.

Sorted by: Most recentWorking with Trilogy Fragrances has been really frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. I was promised delivery on my cologne order five different times and none of those promises went through. Still haven't received anything and keep getting the runaround. The communication is basically nonexistent. My calls go unanswered and the person handling my account won't pick up or get back to me even after days of trying. When you're paying for a custom production run, this kind of silence is completely unacceptable. Because of all these delays and broken promises, I ended up missing my launch dates for some of the biggest shopping seasons of the year: Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine's Day. That cost me real money and threw off my entire schedule. For a professional business partnership, you'd expect basic reliability, honesty, and actually returning messages. Trilogy Fragrances dropped the ball on all of it. I'd tell anyone thinking about working with them to be really careful and think twice.
Got a bottle of their Rosehip oil in August 2024 that was already expired. I sent Trilogy photos showing the August 2024 expiration date and they shipped out a replacement right away without even responding to my complaint first. Their explanation didn't make any sense. When the replacement arrived, it was expired too and from the same batch. This time they'd removed the expiration date label like I wouldn't catch on. I contacted them again with pictures and asked how to return both bottles but never heard back. I tried sending them to the return address on the packaging anyway, but it got rejected as undeliverable. Reached out to Trilogy one more time to let them know but still got nothing. What's weird is Holland & Barrett carries the same brand and their stock is always within the expiration window. Starting to think Trilogy is intentionally clearing out old inventory by shipping it directly to customers who might not check. Would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere and being careful if you order straight from them.
Terrible communication from Trilogy. You can't get anyone on the phone and there's no voicemail option so messages just disappear. I've sent multiple emails asking about their product ingredients and specs but they won't respond. I'm trying to find out what percentage of Vitamin C is actually in their Vitamin C Microdermabrasion product and their other Vitamin C items, and it's like pulling teeth. This information should be easily available on their site or through customer service. It's frustrating that they won't provide such basic details about what's in their products.
