Your shipping is holding you back! I had a trip planned and ordered protein powder thinking it would arrive on time based on your tracking, but it looks like it won't get here before I leave. You claim to use premium ingredients that are third party tested, yet you partner with OSM Worldwide for shipping and they're incredibly slow. Even snail mail would be faster! All the reviews say the same thing about OSM. Why keep cutting corners with shipping when you could use a reliable carrier? My protein will just sit around while I'm gone instead of being useful when I need it. I'd demand a refund and send it back myself if I thought it would move any faster through their system.

Been a customer for years and every now and then something goes wrong. My last order for three pounds took fifteen days from order to delivery, with ten of those days just in shipping. I reached out about it today and it took them most of the day to respond. Their answer was basically thanks for reaching out and we're sorry from Morgan Whitney. Not exactly inspiring confidence.

The orange creamsicle flavor was absolutely disgusting. I had my friend taste it and she was shocked, said she'd never had anything like it. When I contacted support about a return, they told me I had to cover shipping costs and the container needed to be at least 60% full. If they're not quality testing their batches before they go out to people, they're going to keep losing business. It's pretty obvious why they don't have customer reviews displayed right on their website. I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

The customer service here is really bad. This company's gone downhill and it's sad to watch. Their support team acts like they don't actually care while pretending they do. Orders come late or wrong all the time and they never refund or rush anything to fix their mistakes. The discounts are weak and apologies mean nothing. I've dropped a ton of money with them and they give away free stuff to Instagram influencers instead of taking care of customers like me. This place has terrible service from top to bottom.

Got their pea and cranberry protein blend with chai latte stevia flavoring and an enzyme boost. It showed up fast in a solid mylar bag. The powder tastes great like actual chai latte, dissolves nicely in water, and my body handles it well. The only thing I'd change is if they offered regular cane sugar instead of just stevia or sucralose. Being able to build your own powder exactly how you want it makes a huge difference in whether you'll actually use it.

I ordered the hydrolyzed whey protein high grade and it got here in about a week. Unfortunately the product doesn't live up to what I expected. The flavor is weak, tastes like watered down chocolate milk, nothing like how they describe it. Plus it doesn't dissolve well in water and even worse in milk. The only way I can make it work is boiling water the night before, stirring hard for like ten to fifteen minutes, and I still end up with stuff floating around in it. I asked support for help and they wanted photos of the powder and the mixed drink to send to their quality team. Now I'm stuck with two pounds of this stuff for a month. I'm going back to my old brand which costs more but actually tastes like what they promise.

Skip this purchase. The vegan protein made me really sick. I'm pretty sure they're not properly mixing the supplement boosts in with it.

I normally don't write bad reviews, but this needed to be said. I ordered specifically because the product description said it was gluten free and soy free. When it arrived, the label said it was made in a facility with both gluten and soy. That's a big deal for people like me who can't take chances with this stuff. When I asked them about it, they just pointed to their return policy requiring me to pay for shipping back an unopened bag just to get store credit. They also sent me to some warning section buried on the website saying the product isn't actually free of those things. How was I supposed to dig through every page when the product description clearly says something different? I want to support companies trying to do the right thing, but this isn't one of them.

The quality here is top notch. I'm okay with the shipping timeline since the product is worth it. My first shipment took about two weeks but my second came in three days so it really varies. I use the whey protein hydrolyzed ultra grade in my breakfast smoothie since it can have a bitter edge. At night I mix the egg white protein drink with vitamin boost and beef collagen. The chocolate fudge brownie flavor is incredible! I just grabbed their Peri-MD supplement and I'm curious if it'll help with my energy during those intense two hour weightlifting sessions and my recovery afterwards. Would definitely recommend!
