I had to close my credit card to prevent further charges, and I'm still trying to get through to their customer service about the funds that were taken.

I've bought from this company's site several times and was promised free shipping, yet I've had to pay an extra $35 to the carrier each time due to incorrect weight labeling on the packages. When I complained to their support team, they claimed the product itself is a certain weight and that shipping partners add more weight to packages, saying they can't control that. But this is honestly between the company and the shipping partner, not something customers should pay for. If their logistics partner is making errors, that's their problem to fix internally. It's unfair and unprofessional to charge customers extra on orders marked as free shipping. The product itself is solid, but their customer service is lacking. I can't recommend ordering directly from them until they sort out their shipping issues and stop passing costs to customers.
