I bought my mattress six months ago after sleeping on one during a trip and having the best rest ever. The owner mentioned it was from this brand so I jumped on ordering one. For about half a year, sleep was incredible. Then I started getting sharp pain in my hips, neck and shoulders. I flipped it around, got new pillows, added a box spring - nothing worked. The mattress itself is the culprit. Apparently they got acquired by Serta and the quality dropped significantly. Spending a grand on something making me dread bedtime is really frustrating.
