YouTube TV refuses to offer credits when they slash services and eliminate tons of college football games! Seems like their leadership is pocketing their bonuses while making customers pay full price for channels that have disappeared completely, especially all those ESPN options! I spent over an hour waiting to chat with support, and they were absolutely useless. This service deserves zero stars! Switch to Sling, Fubo, or another option instead!!

I'm finished with YouTube TV for good. This money-hungry business pulled ESPN and ABC away AFTER people committed to paying them. Hands down the worst TV provider I've ever used. What they're doing should be illegal, honestly. They're making billions in profit and still feel the need to squeeze their subscribers dry.

Just terrible! Every time I turn on the TV it makes me verify my location FOR THE WORLD SERIES, which isn't even restricted by region. Why should it matter if I'm in Burlington or Albany? I've wasted twenty minutes working through this again. This is not the first time. Things used to be simple, you'd flip on the TV and start watching in seconds. Now it takes almost half an hour to get things working. YouTube Music gets it right, but YouTube TV is a disaster.

I've never been this disappointed with any service before. At eighty bucks monthly, there are way too many ads interrupting everything. This morning it actually glitched and ran 27 ads back to back. I'm actually glad I'm done with it now because I'm not missing a single thing.

Don't think twice about signing up if you plan to quit, because they'll keep charging you even after you cancel. They don't respond or acknowledge anything. You have to get your bank involved and start the whole process over again.
