Mixed feelings overall. I placed an order for about $168 in samples and ran into multiple problems. A couple samples that Twisted Lily had filled themselves were problematic, and one came half full. Four out of my 24 samples didn't work at all, so I couldn't get the liquid out. I tried contacting customer service but never got a response. When I asked separately if they could extend an expired promo code, they basically told me to wait for the next one. Turns out I found a different code anyway. After all that hassle, I decided to shop elsewhere and ended up buying two full bottles on another site for $800. Lesson learned.

Really disappointing experience. I ordered a batch of samples plus one full size bottle. Only the samples got delivered. Customer support and I went back and forth for almost a week until they finally admitted the full size never made it to me. Their response was that it's out of stock now so they're refunding it. But when I checked the website right after, there it was listed as available for purchase. This was my first and last time ordering from here.

Total rip-off. I bought what was listed as a $3.99 sample but when the charge went through, it showed as a currency conversion issue and hit my account for way more than expected for just a tiny amount of perfume. I reached out immediately and their response was that the order was already packed and couldn't be cancelled or refunded. Skip this company entirely.

Here's the problem: they pack fragile glass bottles in padded mailers and act surprised when things break. Then they ask for returns in perfect, unopened condition even though the glass arrived in pieces. They won't take back samples at all, which would be fine if your order actually made it to you in one piece. Sure, the selection is solid and prices are reasonable, but none of that matters if your stuff arrives destroyed. Their shipping team needs a reality check about handling delicate items. Look at what other perfume retailers do with proper boxes and thick protective layers for a reason.

Honestly terrible. Spent $50 on samples and after more than a month, still nothing showed up. These folks aren't dependable.

Got a 12 pack of samples as a gift. All bottles were fine but honestly the scents were pretty terrible. One sample smelled like straight up gas. Not ordering from here again.

My order for a $295 fragrance was dropped off at a checkout location instead of my house without anyone telling me first, and it sat there at a retail store for days.
