The shipping cost is ridiculous. Sample orders only ship via expedited at $20, which you don't find out about until you're ready to pay. Not worth it.

Avoid this place. I made the mistake of ordering sample vials from them like others have, and got back a random assortment of squeeze bottles and broken spritzers instead. The product listings promise spray vials but that's not what shows up at your door, and they still charge you $5 or more for this junk. Don't waste your money on anything here. Better fragrance companies exist. What they're doing should be reported to your state's consumer protection office because it's against the law. Good luck getting a refund either since they've hidden their disclaimer way down in the FAQ to avoid responsibility. These folks deserve to face consequences.

Got three 2ml spray samples (one leaked when it arrived) and two 1ml single-use packets instead of what the pictures showed. Reached out to customer service and they weren't helpful, basically saying it's in their FAQ that samples can be any 1-2ml format. Won't be ordering from Twisted Lily again.

Great variety, especially if you're into niche scents, though popular items seem to sell out pretty quick. Shipping is fast and they throw in test strips with your order plus they always have discount codes available. This is hands down my go-to place for picking up sample sizes. If you're looking for full vials there are other options out there like Scent Bird, but you might not find the same selection of fragrances.
