Every month my whole family rushes to see what comes in the box. It's turned into something we all look forward to now.
Opened boxes containing items that had already expired. Once you've been charged, there's no getting your money back, period. They won't make exceptions even when it's their mistake. You can't change where things get delivered to on their website. I tried reaching out four times through their contact form and got zero responses.
Haven't sampled the products yet but I contacted them about worries regarding auto renewal and they answered right away, fixed it for me, and were super friendly the whole time.

SKIP THIS COMPANY. I bought a 3 month mini box subscription as a Father's Day gift and they deliberately bury their auto-renew clause in tiny text, making it look like you're just getting three months of deliveries. Then they send you an auto-renewal notice that's easy to miss in your spam folder so they can charge you for something you never asked for and might not even want. I've used other subscription boxes that actually work with customers if auto-renewal happens by accident before shipment. Not this place. They basically tell you tough luck, they already have your money. I would've potentially used them again down the road but after their awful customer support that either ignores you or just says no way, I can't tell anyone to use this. It's honestly a ripoff. My suggestion is to go with a more trustworthy subscription box instead. Don't waste your money on this!!
The service was fantastic. My first box came a bit slower than expected but when it arrived it was just like opening gifts on Christmas morning. Loaded with delicious snacks I'm totally pumped to try!!
