My experience with Babor's Collagen Firming Ampoule was extremely negative and unsafe. The product consists of small glass containers of serum, and when I opened one, the glass shattered and cut my hand pretty badly. Over the following days, the cut got worse instead of better. Swelling and pain developed, and by the end of the week it was so bad I couldn't function normally or work at my job. I couldn't bend my finger or type, which made everything at home and work incredibly difficult. I ended up at the emergency room where they did X-rays and imaging but didn't find any glass fragments. They put me on antibiotics and sent me to see a specialist. The specialist ordered a CT scan and mentioned I might need an operation due to possible nerve damage and infection. Five months have passed since this happened. My finger has improved somewhat and the swelling went down, but I still get pain from time to time. When I reached out to their customer service to let them know about the serious safety issue, they weren't helpful or concerned, especially since I didn't buy the product directly from them. This injury caused me major complications, pain that lasted months, lost wages, and medical bills adding up to thousands of dollars. If you value your health and don't want to go through what I did, skip this product.
