Sorted by: Most recentLong time Mavi shopper until now. I reached out to their customer service team about a pair of jeans that had obvious defects. I sent them plenty of photos along with my order info to document the problem. After going back and forth multiple times and even getting a VP involved, they still wouldn't give me a refund or store credit. They kept insisting I had to ship the broken jeans back first, even though the item was completely unusable and I had already shown clear proof of the defects. The best they would do was throw in a 30% coupon for something I'd buy later, which doesn't help when you've paid for something broken. The whole thing felt cold and bureaucratic, and honestly just made me frustrated. Not the kind of support I expected from a brand I've supported for so long.
