This power station has been a game changer for us. The build quality is excellent and you get tons of different connection types for pretty much anything you'd want to plug in. It holds plenty of power and does everything you'd ask it to do really well. I had one small problem with the delivery but they fixed it right away. I'd absolutely recommend this to others.

When I was trying to buy something, customer support was basically nowhere to be found. I'm setting up an off grid system and needed help figuring out what capacity I should go with. I sent out three different emails to their support team and got just one reply that said they were available to help and to ask questions. After that, nothing. No follow up.

My original P1000Plus treated me well initially, but the inverter gave out after about half a year of regular use and wouldn't charge anymore. I reached out to their support team asking about getting it fixed or replaced under warranty. Even though they couldn't fix the original unit, they really came through for me by sending a replacement at no extra cost.
