I've bought a bunch of different things from Romwe and I'm really happy with how it went. All my orders got to me within about a month. The clothes looked just like the photos showed and they fit great! Everything was reasonably priced and the styles are really cute. I'd definitely shop here again without any concerns.
My son placed an order for five items back in September. The company said the package was on its way and should arrive by mid-October, but then sent an email saying there'd be a delay with zero updates after that. When we looked into it using tracking info, the carrier said they hadn't gotten the package yet even though Romwe's system showed it had arrived in the country. We tried every way we could think of to reach customer service and finally figured out how to ask for a refund, which did eventually go back to the original payment method.
This company is a total scam. My family member ordered something over a month back and they said it shipped but never actually got handed over to the postal service. She's tried contacting them three different times and nobody responds. We posted about our bad experience on social media and found out tons of other people are dealing with the exact same problem. Either get us our stuff or give us our money back immediately.
