Steer clear of this place. They pull a bait and switch tactic with pricing. I ordered shoes at a set price including shipping and taxes, but when the package arrived, the courier demanded significantly more money on top of what I already paid. After going back and forth with customer service, they claimed it was customs fees, then switched their story to VAT and extra transport costs. I've never seen any legitimate retailer add 25 percent to your bill after you've paid in full. The company never took responsibility and still hasn't refunded the extra amount I was forced to pay. Shop somewhere trustworthy instead.

Hands down the best customer service I've experienced at a clothing retailer. Found C17 jeans here for an unbelievable price and couldn't resist since I hadn't owned a pair since the early nineties.
