These products have an awful smell and gave me a headache. I sent back unopened items in early December and still haven't received my refund. This has been the worst shopping experience I've had with any brand. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them.

I ordered something and got told when to expect delivery. When I looked up the tracking info, nothing had shipped yet. The company claims UPS never picked it up from them. It doesn't make sense that multiple packages would just sit around waiting for a pickup. Why not take the initiative and drop them off yourself at a facility? And why wouldn't they reach out to let customers know about the delay?
