THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE THE ONES TELLING THE TRUTH SO PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE AND SKIP THE SUPER POSITIVE ONES. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO FOCUS ON ACTUALLY BEING ETHICAL INSTEAD OF TRYING TO MANIPULATE SHOPPERS. IT'S REALLY DISAPPOINTING. WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE LEGITIMATE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT THEY ARE ACTIVELY HIDING THE REAL STORIES FROM CUSTOMERS, YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN TO SHOP HERE. Amazing service! I'd recommend them without hesitation. The order shipped super fast and got delivered quickly in great shape. The prices were also better than what I found on other websites. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer with w concept.

The pricing was literally double what I found elsewhere, so I had to cancel. The pillowcase cost 99 euros with shipping and taxes here versus 53 euros with free shipping on the brand's own site. That said, their customer service team was fantastic and super responsive!

Look elsewhere for your shopping needs. This retailer charges way too much for everything. I made an order that included two pieces I wanted for an upcoming event. After waiting two weeks, I got an email saying one item had to be dropped from my order because the vendor ran out of stock due to high demand. They said the other item would still ship out. Then a week passes and another email comes saying the vendor actually refused to send the second item. The whole experience has been really frustrating and I've decided I'm not coming back to this store.

Their customer service is basically nonexistent. They told me I'd get my refund within 1 to 5 business days after they got my return. Well, it's been two weeks since they received it and still no money. Plus they haven't answered any of my email messages. And the two coats I ordered don't look anything like the pictures online. When they did refund the first coat, they messed up the math too. They also sent the refund through Amazon Pay instead of using my original payment method. This company is really a mess.

Had an awesome experience with WConcept! I'm based in Australia and was really excited to get my hands on some great Korean brands. I was nervous at first but everything went perfectly and they even threw in free express shipping. My order arrived just three days later even with everything going on during covid times. I'm thrilled with how it turned out and will absolutely be ordering from them again. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
