What Shoppers Say About Who Gives A Crap
Who Gives A Crap is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 17 shoppers, with a polarized set of responses. The strongest advocates praise the convenience of subscription delivery, appreciate the company's values and customer service responsiveness, and note that some product options (like bamboo) deliver acceptable quality. Several five-star reviewers highlight the attractive packaging and the peace of mind that comes with reliable stock at home.
However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious quality concerns, particularly regarding paper strength and durability. Multiple shoppers describe the toilet paper as too thin, fragile, and prone to falling apart during use, with several noting a decline in quality over time or compared to standard grocery store alternatives. Some reviewers suggest they received substandard batches, while others indicate the product consistently underperforms relative to the company's marketing and reputation. This disconnect between customer expectations and product performance appears to be the primary driver of lower ratings.

Sorted by: Most recentThe quality just isn't there after my purchase. Compared to the positive feedback I've seen elsewhere, I think I got a bad batch. It's two ply but the plies separate easily so you end up wasting it. You do get quantity but honestly the sheets from regular grocery stores hold up better.
The marketing is smart but I'm disappointed with the product itself. Paper is way too fragile, the rolls feel small, and it completely breaks apart during use. Won't order again.
The advertising is effective but that's where it ends. The sheets are way too thin, too short, and they literally fall apart when you try to use them. Really let down, not purchasing again.
Started using this brand right after the pandemic hit and it was fantastic back then. Quality's taken a real nosedive lately. The paper is incredibly thin and falls apart when you use it. Seems like every order is worse than the last. Time to find a different brand.
Used to be really good back when we first started ordering during the pandemic, but the quality has seriously declined. The sheets are so flimsy they practically disintegrate, and it keeps getting worse with each order over the past year. Switching to something better.
I genuinely love this company for so many reasons. Never having to stress about running out of toilet paper is amazing. The bamboo option is good quality, packaging is attractive, and my grandson has fun stacking the rolls like blocks. Their team is responsive and helpful. They even sent me a refund of ten dollars when a delivery was late. Plus they frequently have promotions running and when I filled out a recent survey they threw in a free box for just ten bucks. Even comes in a nice storage box.
Such a lovely product. Very simple to reorder whenever you need it and the customer service team was excellent when my delivery had issues.
The product itself is lovely. The ordering system works great and I had excellent support from their team when there was a shipping problem on the courier's end.
Really nice toilet paper. The ordering process is straightforward and their customer service team was super helpful when I had an issue with my delivery.
The toilet paper itself is fantastic quality. Customer service deserves a shout out too. My delivery got messed up by the courier company who wasn't willing to help, but Dee from the company responded right away, tracked everything down, and fixed it immediately. Really professional and kind approach.
