Ordered a crossbody bag and it showed up pretty quick, but I was really disappointed in the quality for ninety dollars. The metal parts felt cheap and flimsy, and the bag didn't have any real structure to it. I left a negative review on their site to share my experience, and they never published it. That made me suspicious that they filter out criticism, which honestly says a lot about how trustworthy this company really is.

Customer service is basically nonexistent, and there are hidden international shipping fees not explained on the site. I bought a jacket and got a notice from the shipping company about VAT charges for delivery outside the UK to my country, which came to nearly half the price of my original order. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. The items got sent back because of this surprise charge. The worst part is I sent multiple emails to their support team and haven't gotten a single response or any refund. Terrible situation all around. They need to be upfront about international fees and actually respond to customers. My order went in early January and I'm still waiting to see my money back.

Stay away from this place, it's a complete rip off. Seriously don't throw your money away on them.

Total scam. Skip this website entirely. You won't get what you're actually paying for, and good luck trying to get your money back.

Don't waste your time. Waited around two weeks for a coat that cost sixty-five dollars. When it finally arrived, the material was terrible and it had defects, with stitching coming loose right near the zipper.

Hands down some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Email is your only option to contact them, and you'll be waiting days for a response that doesn't really answer your question. I placed an order right before the holidays and by the time I checked in, it still hadn't shipped. When they finally got back to me, they could only provide updated tracking showing the order hadn't even been picked up yet. When I asked about expedited shipping to make up for the delay, they said ground shipping was all they could offer. If you have access to a physical location, go there instead. Otherwise, you might want to look elsewhere. This company doesn't seem to value their customers.

Put in an order near the end of August and got it within a couple days. Unfortunately the fit wasn't right, so I sent it back through the post office with a signature confirmation. The package was received and signed for, but then radio silence. I emailed customer service multiple times asking for an update on my refund, and nothing happened.

This is a scam operation. Their phone number doesn't work. I tried to look up my order using the website tool and it was broken. Then I tried emailing for support and got zero response. I had to pay out of pocket to ship my items back, and I'm absolutely done with this company.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I ordered something in the middle of 2022 and it never showed up. A couple weeks passed, and then customer service told me they found it and said it would be reshipped. That never happened either. They credited my account but that's where it ended. I wrote back expressing how frustrated and let down I was, and they never responded to that email. The exact same items I ordered are still being sold on their site, so clearly they're not that focused on keeping customers happy or treating people with respect.
