Sorted by: Most recentOverpriced and won't back up their products. I dropped $175 on what ended up being a thin robe that shrunk down a full size, not the soft and luxurious robe they advertised. Even worse, once you wash something, they won't accept returns, even though the problems only show up after washing. I really wish I'd seen the other reviews first about this robe shrinking, threads coming loose, and the piping getting all wrinkled from the shrinkage and you can't even fix it with an iron. They spend money on influencers to push their stuff, but honestly they should use that cash to actually make better quality products instead.
