I'm over 40 days into waiting for my order from this company and haven't heard a word back from them, their shipping partner, or anyone else. Seems like this is a recurring issue based on what I'm reading online. There's no way to actually resolve problems. On top of that their shipping fees are absolutely ridiculous. Honestly one of my worst online shopping experiences.

Ordered the chameleon lip glosses on August 8th. They told me on August 18th they'd ship out that week. By August 25th the label was made but the items still weren't packed. I checked again on the 27th and still nothing shipped, so I asked to cancel. They did cancel but never refunded my money. Seriously disappointed with how they handled this.

This matte primer is honestly terrible and doesn't work for my skin at all. A sales associate recommended it specifically for my oily T-zone area, so I decided to give it a shot. The recent retractable gel eyeliners I bought are really poor quality. The gel keeps sliding out of the pencil tube. When I try to push it back in it either breaks off or gets stuck and won't retract properly. Honestly a waste of my money and this is the first time I've had these issues with their products.
