I ordered boots as a Christmas present for my daughter back in late 2017 and wanted to get them early so we'd have good options in stock. When Christmas rolled around, they didn't fit right. I shipped them back right after the holidays once I confirmed the company received them. Then I kept trying to call and email about getting my money back but nobody would get back to me. Is that what they call good customer service? Turns out they have this super strict 30 day return window, which seems crazy to enforce during the holiday season. Honestly, I'd steer clear of ordering from them. The stuff they sell is just okay at best and their support is basically nonexistent. Seems like the only way they stay afloat is by taking advantage of regular folks trying to buy quality items. I'd definitely recommend looking at other places instead.
