Placed my wig order back in February and heard nothing about it. I finally sent an email in April and got a response with a tracking number that didn't work and a weird delivery confirmation image. Says it was delivered but to the wrong address on February 25th. I can't track down this wig anywhere. Their customer service is pretty bad and the tracking info looks like it was AI generated.

The costume I received wasn't what I expected based on the website pictures. Some details that should have been three dimensional turned out to be printed decals on fabric instead. The colors also didn't match the photos, especially the blue shades on the dress and hat which were off. Really let down by this purchase.
