The wig I ordered got sent back by the carrier. USPS didn't bother looking up my address properly and apparently they had my phone number wrong. I checked with USPS and there's nothing in their system except the label creation. I'm treating this as a scam and doing a chargeback to recover my money. I'll be getting my wig elsewhere. Won't be doing business here again. Sorry.

I've shopped with them for 2 years, but this latest order was a nightmare. I asked for a 65 cm wig and got sent a 100 cm one instead. When I sent photos proving the size difference, the support person kept insisting it was 75-80 cm and wouldn't hear anything about a replacement. I own plenty of 100 cm wigs and did a direct comparison to be absolutely sure. They offered me $3 in store credit which made me furious. Even after admitting they messed up the length, they flat out refused to replace it or give me my money back. On top of that, the newer wigs I've received have had quality drops compared to older purchases, with loose wefts and broken wig hooks. I'm done shopping here.
