I've been ordering from their website for over 12 years and they've never let me down. Their products, customer service, and dependability keep me coming back time after time. It's truly a wonderful place to shop. Hope they're not going anywhere.

I used to order from them all the time until they locked me out of my account without any explanation. I tried asking why I couldn't buy anymore and never got a response. The customer service is terrible and they're incredibly rude. Their products aren't even that good to begin with.

Had a really bad experience with a wig that seemed cute on the model but looked totally fake in person. I tried to make it work but it started shedding immediately. After only a couple times wearing it the whole thing tangled up and matted. Skip this store if you want a decent quality wig.

This is my first time ordering from them. Put in my order on the 18th and it showed up on the 20th, which was actually a day before I expected. They really don't mess around with your order and the speed is unreal. Already planning my next purchase with them.

I really need to be able to switch up my style quickly, and this place makes it happen. The lady in their demo videos is amazing at showing you what's good and what's not so good about each piece. I wish every store did this. I always know exactly what I'm getting when I order.

Shopping here for almost a decade and never had a single problem. They're quick with shipping and their pricing is the best around. Figured it was time to give them some well earned credit.

Watch out before buying here. Got my order and was really disappointed with how the wig looked, the cut, and the shade. Wanted to send it back so I reached out to them. Their response was basically take it or leave it with their return policy. No exchanges allowed, you have 10 days to return, the wig has to look brand new with all original packaging completely untouched, and they'll hit you with a 20% restocking fee plus you're out your shipping costs. On top of that, you have to pay to ship it back. This company is basically stealing with their fees. As a new customer this was a total letdown. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Go somewhere else if you actually care about getting a quality product. Even though I've been buying from them for several years, this time was different. The wig came to me looking used. Ten minutes after opening the box I started emailing them. The box was already torn open with hair sticking out. Clearly someone had worn this or put it on a dummy then boxed it back up to send to me. Their response to my complaints was basically ship it back on your dime and we'll charge you a fee. Never buying from them again. I was about to order 6 more items if this had gone right. I work with an influencer platform and have over 8000 followers across social media platforms, mostly women. I'm going to make videos showing what happened and post them everywhere so other women don't end up in this situation. This happened in early 2023.

I've been ordering from them for over 6 years and over time received plenty of damaged and poor quality wigs and extensions. Recently they shipped me the same subpar item twice. When I complained, they told me I'd have to pay to send it back and they'd keep a restocking fee. They wouldn't take responsibility. Only after a big hassle did they finally print a return label. Even then the refund was wrong, and I had to ask again for the correct amount. They got upset about that and started rejecting my future orders. This company needs to improve how they treat customers or shut down. They should be checking their inventory better instead of just declining to send stuff.

Something shady is going on here with their reviews. I've left negative comments about defective products before, but when I check back weeks later they've disappeared. Meanwhile all the positive reviews from around those same dates are still posted. You can't trust what you see on their site because they're deleting honest complaints. Women see the product photos and videos then get something completely different when it arrives, and good luck getting your money back. They seem to be selling off discount inventory from other places that didn't meet quality standards.
