Wilson is seriously the worst online retailer right now. They ship late, don't communicate with customers, customer service is nonexistent, and good luck trying to cancel anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This business is fake. They're online scammers.

Wish I'd looked at the reviews first before ordering from here. Got a shirt, pullover, and shorts. The pullover was wrong, and they told me to send it back and buy the right one myself. I mailed the return more than a month ago and still haven't gotten my refund. Keep getting emails saying they're behind on processing. Started as 7 business days, now there's no timeline. You'd think a company making this much money would be reliable, but I was wrong. Just don't bother shopping here. It's a waste of money, time, and your sanity.

Really frustrated with my experience. My package couldn't be delivered for several days because they messed up the shipping label. When I reached out to customer service, they wouldn't take any responsibility and acted like nothing was wrong, even though it clearly was. I got zero help from them. I'm the one who had to call the courier repeatedly, talk to the driver myself, and search for my own package. That should have been Wilson's job. They showed no accountability or willingness to help. This was honestly one of my worst customer service experiences ever. Expected much better from them.

Spent a whole month researching tennis rackets before Wimbledon. Placed an order for 4 rackets and some balls that should have come 7 days before the tournament ended. The shipping company marked it as damaged a week ago. I've reached out to Wilson multiple times and they give me nothing, just saying it's under investigation. Asked to cancel so I could order somewhere else, but they won't allow it. I'm out a lot of money on expensive equipment and now Wimbledon's already over. They should have just refunded me when I asked. No help, no solutions. Won't shop with Wilson again.

Bad experience. The racquet I ordered never came through and I'm still stuck waiting for my refund. They keep saying it's on the way back to their German warehouse. I just ordered the same thing through Amazon and it arrived overnight. Stay away from this company.

Terrible. Still waiting for my racquet that never arrived and still waiting for the refund. Keep hearing it's coming back to their warehouse in Germany. I ordered the same model from Amazon and got it the next day. Avoid this company completely.

Order tracking on their site is useless and tells you nothing. Got in touch with customer support and found out they were in the middle of moving warehouses. You'd think a company charging these prices for sports equipment would have better systems in place.

The tracking links on their website don't actually show you anything about your order. When I finally managed to contact support, they told me they're relocating their warehouse. For the price they charge on sports gear, this is pretty unacceptable.

Complete scam. Fraudulent products. Don't bother ordering. This isn't a real local business. It's wild that they're allowed to advertise like this in my area. You've been warned. Put your money somewhere else. Their customer service is awful and not worth dealing with. The stress isn't worth it. Quality is basically worthless.
