Don't do it. This is a total scam selling counterfeit products. Seriously, do not order from them. They're not even a legitimate business where I live. It's shocking they're allowed to keep operating with how much fake marketing they do. Trust me on this. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Trying to deal with their customer service is a nightmare. It's not worth the headache. The items are cheap junk you wouldn't want anyway.

Huge warning. Do not order from this company. Got shoes that weren't what they claimed at all. They refused to give me a refund unless I paid to ship the items back all the way across the world. The sandals I received weren't leather like advertised and absolutely not worth what I paid per pair. A friend found the exact same shoes listed elsewhere for a fraction of the price. This is straight up deceptive and illegal in my country. The shoes aren't even leather, the discount wasn't real, the story about a store closing was fake, they didn't come in proper boxes, and there's no branding. Shipped from overseas, not locally like claimed. All of this violates consumer protection laws and I'm furious.

Bought a padel racquet that arrived late with damage. The coating came off in a spot, looking like it was either returned before or got damaged in shipping. Both the courier and Wilson blamed each other back and forth. The courier said Wilson only claimed 86 pounds, but Wilson only offered me 10 pounds off. Customer service is handled overseas and my interactions with multiple reps over 10 days got nowhere. Phone calls, emails, chat all went the same place with no real help.

Really angry with how this company operates. Dropped 620 dollars on a custom glove last month. The status tracker was a joke with shipping dates constantly changing. Then I get an email saying it shipped but the UPS tracking link doesn't work. They didn't even give me a real tracking number in the email. So I try calling customer service and all they have is a useless chatbot that just loops back to FAQs. No option to talk to a real person. I could email but come on, for 620 dollars I shouldn't have to beg for a tracking number when something ships. Worst company to buy from online. Their whole operation is a mess. Still don't have the glove.
