We're talking butter, pork chops, heavy cream. This feels like theft. I called the manager to report it and while he said he'd look into it, he never actually got my contact information to follow up, even after I specifically offered it and asked if he'd call me back. He said yes but never did. We're out about twenty five dollars from these missing items. Going back to shopping at other stores from now on. Can't keep dealing with this.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and it took me forever just to get this complaint submitted. What is going on at this company? The location near me is honestly the worst place to shop. The cashier refused to bag my groceries. When I politely asked if she was going to help, she said she was working with another customer, then started ringing up their order instead. I flagged down the service desk and spoke with a manager who actually told me to calm down or she wouldn't help me bag anything. The cashier then claimed I never asked for bagging assistance. I didn't realize I had to request that at a grocery store. As punishment, the manager shoved thirteen cans into a single bag. Apparently when you bring reusable bags, this location also refuses to give you any store bags even if you desperately need them. I filed a complaint by phone but have no idea if anything was actually done about it. I'm done shopping here.
The app can be decent but lately it's become a real pain to use. You can't access your points, and if you refresh the app you lose everything you've added. Could really use some improvements so people actually want to use it instead of having to go in person. The checkout lines are crazy long and there aren't enough workers to handle everyone. Not ideal for those of us who prefer shopping online.
Dealt with extremely long checkout lines and couldn't get any assistance from a manager. Frustrated and out of patience, I just left my cart and walked out. Not wasting any more time here.
Great customer service throughout my visit. Martha took care of everything I needed and was extremely pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Really impressed with her approach to solving problems. Definitely will be back.
To the leadership at this company: your mobile app for coupons and discounts needs major work. I've been a loyal customer for years and your old card system functioned so much better. Most of us would prefer to go back to the physical card because the current app is difficult to download and doesn't even work properly when you're in the store. This isn't just my complaint either. You really need to improve this for your customers. Thank you.
Completely incompetent staff. This is hands down the worst store I've been to. Nobody here seems to know how to do anything right. Major disappointment.
Decided to try ordering groceries online and spent considerable time putting together my order. The delivery was scheduled between 2 and 3 in the afternoon. There were some unclear details about which items were on sale, but otherwise the process seemed fine. Got a confirmation and my bank showed the charge as pending. At 2:10 I got an email saying the order was on its way. As three o'clock passed I called customer service. They were supposed to call me back but I got disconnected instead. Then I received an email saying I wasn't home and that the delivery was attempted but had issues, so I'd get a full refund but needed to call back the following day for it to post. Never got the groceries and now had more work to do after wasting a ton of time. I got apologies but nobody offered to remake the order or redeliver. You'd think that would have been the logical solution but nope. We went without what we needed for dinner that night. This whole experience was horrible with practically no resolution offered. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Would rate below one if I could.
Came in expecting good customer service but was let down. The folks working the hot food section were way too busy chatting with their friends to focus on customers. After standing around waiting for someone to help me for about 10 minutes, I just gave up and left empty handed. These employees really need some training on how to do their jobs properly.
