The address field has a character limit so you can't even put in your full address, and when I emailed them about it, they literally told me to contact their customer service team - which is exactly who I was emailing. I really don't think they can handle getting my order to me correctly.
Had my order canceled out of nowhere because of some system issue. They never bothered telling me about it either - I only found out when I went digging myself. When I reached out to their customer service team, they came across as completely clueless. Would not recommend doing business with this place.
Sent 4 separate orders out to different family members across the country on December 16th. Got all the confirmations saying everything was fine. Then on Christmas Eve I checked and nothing had shipped - just some vague message about processing. Called in the morning and got told they're closed that day. On a Wednesday. Everything's a mess with these guys.
