Really wish I had checked the reviews before buying. I got a gift box of Petit Fours for someone at work, and after waiting over a week without hearing anything, I checked my email and discovered the order had been canceled. Their customer service won't respond to my emails, just keeps sending me automated responses. I'm taking this up with the state Attorney General.
Avoid this place entirely. They don't show items as out of stock on their website, then charge huge shipping fees for stuff you don't want. Plus the cheese I got was spoiled. Not ordering from them ever again.
This is my eighth call trying to get an incorrect address fixed. Nobody takes any responsibility or fixes anything - they just keep transferring me to a terrible music loop. Eight calls over three days and still nothing. Real customer service nightmare.
Bought some appetizers from them. On December 9th they sent an email saying the package shipped. By the 11th tracking just showed a label was printed. I reached out and they claimed it would be delivered that day, but the tracking never updated. Now it's the 13th and still nothing. They stopped responding to me. Filed a dispute with my credit card. Terrible service and ridiculous shipping costs.
Ordered two different types of cheese and they sent me two of the same kind. Paid extra for express shipping so it would get here before the holidays. Thought they'd send the right ones with a return label for the wrong one. Nope. I have to pay to ship it back. What about refunding the express shipping since it was wrong? Nope. Called support and they said they couldn't refund it because the cheese never shipped in the first place. But I'm literally looking at the cheese right here.

Don't order from here. All three of my orders had problems. One item was in stock when I placed the order but became out of stock the next day - they sent a tiny print email I almost missed. The other two orders shipped to my house instead of the actual recipients, so they won't make it by Christmas. Shipping costs way too much for what you get.
