Worldpetexpress Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Worldpetexpress
Worldpetexpress has a deeply polarized customer base, with roughly equal shares of five-star and one-star reviews. Loyal customers praise the company for competitive pricing on pet medications (particularly heartworm and flea prevention), fair costs compared to veterinarians, quality products, and occasional promotional discounts. These satisfied shoppers report years of repeat purchases and note that the company is covering tariff costs currently. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious problems including extreme shipping delays (extending beyond a month with poor communication), orders that never arrive despite multiple follow-ups, unresponsive customer service, and concerns about receiving incorrect or counterfeit products with no return options.
The core tension at Worldpetexpress is reliability and customer service. While those who receive their orders successfully appreciate the savings, customers experiencing delays or product issues face frustration with slow responses and difficulty getting resolution. Shoppers planning to order should account for potentially lengthy shipping times and order well in advance of when they need medications. The company's handling of complaints and defective orders appears inconsistent, which raises questions about whether issues are systemic or isolated.

Sorted by: Most recentI placed an order a month back and now I'm being told the item is out of stock with no delivery estimate. Despite paying upfront and expecting good faith service, they're apparently selling products that aren't even available. There's no warning on the listing that shows limited inventory. Customer support is overseas, and I've called three times to get three completely different delivery promises, none of them true. As someone who paid, I expect to actually get what I ordered in reasonable time. This feels like theft to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I'm confused why this company ranks so high on search results. Seems like the algorithm needs some serious fixing. Total scam outfit, and I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Can't believe they're still in business after all this. Customer service here is absolutely terrible. Any legitimate business would send you what you paid for without hesitation because they want customers to come back. It makes no sense why these con artists are still operating.
WATCH OUT! These people are running a con and ripping folks off left and right. I wish I'd read the complaints first before I wasted my money. They shipped me the wrong thing and when I complained, all I got back was a dismissive email saying it wasn't their problem. Zero effort to make it right. They wouldn't take it back or give me any kind of discount to cover my costs. I'm out a hundred bucks with nothing to show for it. My honest advice: stay far away from this company.
Totally unacceptable! Only got half of what I ordered and it was even the wrong product. It's been two months and I'm still waiting for my refund. Every time I call, they ask me to provide a new photo. This is straight up theft. They stole my money and wasted my time.
WorldPetExpress is a major letdown in today's world of fast online service. At minimum they're inefficient and sluggish. Three weeks post-order and they still haven't dispatched anything, so I can't even tell if this is a full-on scam. Meanwhile my dog is out of his medication. Go somewhere else even if you pay more.
I was genuinely scared going into this after reading some of the negative feedback that came across my screen after I completed the purchase (got Bravecto). I mentally prepared myself for the worst lol. But honestly, this turned out great! Got two confirmation messages after paying, and I read somewhere they'd call to confirm your address but that didn't happen. Didn't get a tracking number or anything, and truthfully I forgot all about it. Went to check my mail today and boom, there's the order! And I'd read stories about people getting fake versions, but I got the real thing! So I'm totally satisfied. The whole thing took about three weeks but definitely happy with how it went.
Honestly, I was pretty nervous going in because I'd already read some rough reviews after I paid (ordered Bravecto). I was kind of braced for the worst, thinking I might get scammed. But it turned out great! I got two confirmation emails right after purchasing. I think I read they were supposed to call to verify the address, but that never happened. No tracking info came through either, and I basically forgot about the whole thing. Then today I check my mailbox and there it is! Plus, I heard some people got generic versions instead of the real deal, but mine was the authentic product! Really happy about this. Took about three weeks to arrive, but totally worth it.
They wouldn't answer my questions unless I created an account or shared my email. Not interested.
Been buying from WPE consistently for over a year now and very pleased overall. The brands you get here are legitimate, not knockoffs. I always receive the exact brand name product I order in its original branded box. The difference is just that it comes in European packaging with the metric system. Around three weeks is the standard delivery window, so I make sure to order right when my dogs run out of their current chewables so the replacement batch shows up right when needed.
I've been a regular customer at WPE for over a year and I'm really satisfied with my purchases. You get actual name brands here, not cheap knockoffs. Every time I order, the product arrives in its proper branded packaging. The only difference is the European labeling with metric measurements instead of what we're used to in the US. I time my orders carefully so that when my dogs finish their current supply, the new shipment shows up right on schedule. Takes about 3 weeks, so planning ahead is key.
