Buying heartworm and flea prevention from this company for years has been smooth sailing. I still take my animals to the vet for checkups and immunizations, but these folks charge way less than the vet does for medications. Never had any issues, though delivery can sometimes take close to a month. I just order when I know I'll need things soon. Those coupon codes they send are fantastic.

Been getting stuff from these folks for years now. They're legit, not a scam at all. The products are quality and the prices are really fair. They mail out postcards with awesome discount codes too. I placed two orders recently and saved forty-five bucks each time. I've been loading up because they're currently covering the tariff costs. Shipping runs under seven bucks and it arrives in a compact package right on your doorstep. Couldn't ask for better service. The packaging sometimes looks different from US versions because European regulations are different. It's still excellent quality and honestly usually even better. People complaining about packaging differences are getting hung up on pointless stuff. Their mistake. You don't need a prescription or lab work. Best deal around.

Ordered something on January 1st. It's now February 9th and nothing has arrived. Called multiple times and sent emails but kept getting told it was being processed. When I mentioned contacting my bank, suddenly they provided a tracking number that showed nothing. After more emails, more than a month has gone by and still no delivery. Won't be ordering from here ever again.

I've shopped here before and I'm back. Last time I ordered elsewhere and paid twice as much for the same product. I'm sticking with World Pet Express from now on. The shipping is faster and my bill is literally half. Great work you all.

Got Bravecto for all four of my dogs and was kind of nervous after reading some of the feedback out there. The package arrived in under two weeks and it was exactly what I ordered! Definitely going to shop with them again.

Got Revolution meds but they sent me a knockoff brand instead. Then they refused to let me send it back. Super sketchy operation. Don't trust them. Just skip it.

They made me think I was getting brand name but actually sent me a generic that cost the same.

I'd give zero stars if the system allowed it. They sent me generic flea medication when I paid for the brand name version. Now they're claiming I selected generic, but my order confirmation clearly shows otherwise. There was even a printed label stuck on the boxes saying they can't guarantee the real brand anymore, and they're refusing to let me return it. Don't spend your cash here. It's all a scam and the support team is worthless.

I recently bought a particular product (Revolution for Dogs) from this company and paid full price for it. What they sent was a cheap generic brand that I never agreed to, so I essentially paid premium pricing for something worth half as much that I know nothing about. Terrible way to do business. When I tried to work this out like reasonable adults, they refused to help. I want people to know that this outfit takes your payment for expensive products and ships out inferior stuff, then completely blows off customers when they complain.

Seven weeks of going back and forth with customer service and still nothing. There are other international pet medication sellers that work great, but this one isn't worth the headache. It's excuse after excuse about why my puppy still doesn't have her meds. Seven weeks of runaround. THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM. Look elsewhere people. Seriously, don't give this place your money.

I placed an order a month back and now I'm being told the item is out of stock with no delivery estimate. Despite paying upfront and expecting good faith service, they're apparently selling products that aren't even available. There's no warning on the listing that shows limited inventory. Customer support is overseas, and I've called three times to get three completely different delivery promises, none of them true. As someone who paid, I expect to actually get what I ordered in reasonable time. This feels like theft to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I'm confused why this company ranks so high on search results. Seems like the algorithm needs some serious fixing. Total scam outfit, and I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Can't believe they're still in business after all this. Customer service here is absolutely terrible. Any legitimate business would send you what you paid for without hesitation because they want customers to come back. It makes no sense why these con artists are still operating.

WATCH OUT! These people are running a con and ripping folks off left and right. I wish I'd read the complaints first before I wasted my money. They shipped me the wrong thing and when I complained, all I got back was a dismissive email saying it wasn't their problem. Zero effort to make it right. They wouldn't take it back or give me any kind of discount to cover my costs. I'm out a hundred bucks with nothing to show for it. My honest advice: stay far away from this company.

Totally unacceptable! Only got half of what I ordered and it was even the wrong product. It's been two months and I'm still waiting for my refund. Every time I call, they ask me to provide a new photo. This is straight up theft. They stole my money and wasted my time.

WorldPetExpress is a major letdown in today's world of fast online service. At minimum they're inefficient and sluggish. Three weeks post-order and they still haven't dispatched anything, so I can't even tell if this is a full-on scam. Meanwhile my dog is out of his medication. Go somewhere else even if you pay more.
