My previous orders from this company have always arrived quickly, so I've had good luck with them in the past. The real issue is that the delivery company sometimes misses you. I found that if you choose a different shipping method like picking it up at a local shop instead of having it sent to your house, you can avoid that whole problem and get your package without worrying about being home.

I bought their Wunderlift wrinkle reducer that supposedly works in 60 seconds. Honestly, it's garbage. It barely covers anything, doesn't actually lighten your skin tone, and doesn't firm up your skin at all. If anything, it made me look older. The consistency is weird too and it clogs up. The only decent thing about them is their return policy, so at least I got my full refund back. But yeah, total disappointment.

The range of different products that Wunderbrow carries is seriously fantastic. Their eyebrow gel is honestly life-changing when you want your brows to look sharp and defined while keeping that natural appearance. I'd definitely tell other people to give it a shot.

Complete waste of your hard-earned cash. It smudges all over the place and you won't get the color payoff they promise, especially on your waterline. Keep your money and buy something else.

I was actually using Wunderbrow for years without problems, but my last order was the wrong shade. I phoned their support team to fix the order and let them know I'd send back the incorrect color. The rep just hung up on me when I explained the situation. This happened multiple times when I tried to call back. Be careful and pay close attention when ordering. Their support team is really bad.

I was really happy with the Wunderbrow Gel stick when I first got it, and the ordering was smooth too. The first couple times it worked great for coloring my brows the way I wanted. But starting on my third use, something scary happened. I felt clumpy texture on my eyebrows and realized my hairs were falling out in chunks and basically disintegrating when I touched them. It even wore away the top of a beauty mark I have on my brow area. This is something worth being cautious about. I won't be purchasing again. This feels like it could be harmful.

I'm actually a big fan of Wunderbrow overall, but there's definitely something misleading going on. The applicator brush only goes down so far into the tube, which means you end up with about 3 centimeters of leftover product that you can't access. That feels like you're paying for stuff you can't use.

You'll need serious skills if you're working with sparse or missing eyebrows to make this work. I figured it out eventually, but honestly the gel starts to dry out and gets unusable after just a couple weeks, which is pretty quick.

This is hands down the worst thing I've ever put on my eyebrows. I went with the black and brown shade thinking it would be perfect, but I was completely wrong. Right after you apply it, it looks decent. But once it dries, it hardens into this rigid layer that feels like you've got a mud mask stuck to your brows. The color turns out kind of greyish instead of that dark shade you want, and it looked terrible on me. Good news is I was able to get a refund, but I definitely wouldn't suggest this to anyone.

Everything about this is misleading. The application looks clumpy and it definitely doesn't stick around. I spent forever trying to get it right and when I woke up the next morning it was completely gone. I applied it around 10 at night and by 9 in the morning, nothing was left.
