Our Wyze Cam CS 3 fell off the magnetic mount and got destroyed. The company acknowledged it shouldn't have fallen, but their solution was just a $10 coupon. That's disappointing. I'm done buying Wyze products.

I bought a camera and accessories in June 2025. The camera got backordered after my purchase went through. They charged me for everything and sent the accessories, which don't work without the actual camera. Now I can't return anything because I'm past the return window, including the camera I never even got. It feels like they took my money and didn't deliver. Getting anyone on their customer service line is impossible, and the hold music seems designed to annoy you into hanging up.
