Bought two body cream jars, and since the total went above seventy-five dollars, the site promised two complimentary samples with my purchase. I only got one sample included, though both are listed on the packing slip. I reached out to customer service and got a quick response, but they said they don't send samples by themselves in separate shipments. I pointed out they didn't deliver what they advertised for high-priced items and said I wouldn't be ordering again. It seems pretty simple to throw two samples in an envelope and mail them. On a positive note, a different representative did help me out previously when another product had a defective pump, and she was really helpful when we talked on the phone.

Got sent a broken eye cream. I mailed it back to the company and they promised a replacement code. Two weeks later, a gift card arrived but it didn't cover the shipping expense. When I asked if they'd handle shipping since the product was defective to begin with, they said no. So essentially I had to pay to ship a replacement for something that was already broken when I opened it. Their customer service is terrible and they don't stand behind their items, so I'm done shopping there.
