This company clearly doesn't stand behind their products. I'm a 60-year-old guy who can afford quality gear and I don't worry about cost. While on vacation last week, I noticed the crotch area on their swim trunks had busted open completely. It wasn't just a seam failure either, it was an infused process meant to keep that area reinforced. These are supposed to withstand various conditions and activities, so this was shocking. I contacted them about the manufacturing defect and their response was that they only cover a 3-month warranty. That was it. No attempt to help, no accountability. Shows me they only care about your money going into their pockets. Skip this brand.

The Cronulla location had terrible customer service. I had to try on items multiple times and kept coming back to the fitting room asking different staff members for other sizes. Meanwhile, all the employees were gathered at the front counter organizing displays instead of helping customers. No wonder the store sits empty most of the time.
