I contacted them about the manufacturing defect and their response was that they only cover a 3-month warranty. That was it. No attempt to help, no accountability. Shows me they only care about your money going into their pockets. Skip this brand.
Disappointing experience. I ordered a Surf Revo hat and there's no way to choose your size. They just sent me a Small, which doesn't work for me. Very frustrating.
