Made a mistake ordering the wrong item, totally my fault. Started the return process but it was confusing and had gaps in the instructions. Never got sent a return label. The only guidance I got was to take it to a Happy Returns location. Tried calling customer service but they only operate from noon to five and don't have actual people to speak with. I've worn Rockport for five decades and had just reordered two more pairs. After dealing with this, I cancelled those orders. Really unfortunate.

This happened on a Sunday, and customer service wasn't available. Called Monday and got told they process all orders within an hour of receiving them, which is clearly nonsense. On top of everything, they then delayed shipping by a week. Can't trust this company. Stay away.

My heritage boots showed up with a destroyed box and visible damage all over them, including scuffs, chips, and a section of the sole actually missing. The quality of the finish was disappointing, and the stitching holes were inconsistent between the two boots, ranging from tiny to huge gaps where you could see inside. Got a pair of Dunham shoes that I'd ordered a few weeks prior and I was thrilled the second I put them on. They're incredibly light and so comfortable that I immediately ordered another pair. Just got those today and they're fantastic too, even though they're a different model. I'm a customer for life.
