This deserves zero stars, not one. I got bombarded with promotional emails constantly. Tried to apply a promo code for 20% off plus free shipping but it wouldn't work on their site, even though it was their own offer. When I went to proceed with checkout, my order mysteriously got placed without me actually completing it. A cancel button appeared on the screen but clicking it did absolutely nothing. This happened on a Sunday, and customer service wasn't available. Called Monday and got told they process all orders within an hour of receiving them, which is clearly nonsense. On top of everything, they then delayed shipping by a week. Can't trust this company. Stay away.
