Why the long wait if you're just going to do that anyway? The whole situation felt dismissive. I've always had good experiences with Schuh in the past, but this really showed me what happens when there's actually a problem.

The carrier provided documentation claiming I signed for it, even though the signature didn't match and the timestamp was off from the security footage. After two weeks of looking into it, Schuh made things right. I'm glad they offer support through messaging apps too. Plus the pricing here beats what you'd find on other sites like the big marketplace retailers!
