- Check that you have copied the code exactly as shown, including any uppercase letters or numbers, since codes are case-sensitive.

Sea New York Reviews
Sea New York has received uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with all reviews rating the store at one star. The primary complaints center on customer service failures, including refusal to cancel orders placed in error, unresponsive communication after disputes, and dismissive treatment of legitimate sizing issues. Shoppers also report significant friction with the returns process and frustration over unexpected international shipping taxes and import duties that are not clearly disclosed at checkout.
Additional concerns raised include inaccurate sizing information, with at least one shopper documenting a four-inch discrepancy between the stated size chart and the actual garment measurements. One reviewer also criticized the brand for incorporating traditional design elements from different cultures without acknowledgment or credit. Based on these experiences, shoppers recommend avoiding the store, particularly for international orders.
Don't do it. I had a really rough experience and I'm warning international shoppers to seriously reconsider ordering here. My young daughter accidentally placed an order, and I called customer service literally 60 seconds after the transaction went through asking to cancel. They flat out refused. It's frustrating and makes zero sense. They're just going to ship something internationally that I already told them I won't accept, which wastes money and creates headaches for everyone, especially people ordering from outside the US. Most retailers at this price point give you at least a brief window to cancel before the package ships, but not these guys. Their unwillingness to help shows they don't really care about customer needs. Really disappointed and I won't be ordering again. Anyone else thinking about buying should definitely think twice, especially if you're ordering internationally.
Absolutely terrible customer service paired with a returns process that's unnecessarily difficult. I wish I had checked other review sites before ordering from this place. What really bothers me is how they take traditional design elements from different cultures and use them without any acknowledgment or credit. It would be so simple to just mention inspiration sources! The dress, blouse, and jacket designs from 2023-2024 look copied directly from other brands.
Seriously disappointing customer service, plus if you're shopping from Europe the import taxes are brutal. I'd skip this store.
Ordered a small dress using their size guide, plus I already owned other pieces from them so I trusted the sizing. When it arrived way too tight to even zip up, they treated me like it was my fault. After I measured it and found out the bust was 4 inches smaller than what their own size chart claimed for a small, they completely stopped responding to my messages. They shipped me a dress that didn't match their measurements and refused to work with me on getting my money back. The whole process has been nothing but attitude and excuses. That pretentious New York fashion vibe is completely outdated anyway.
