They told me to wait even longer after already waiting over two weeks. My next move was calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. I shouldn't have had to do that. The tracking clearly showed I didn't get my order. Fair warning to everyone else: keep your money. This company has no real customer service and tons of complaints out there.
