The clothes I got are nice but dealing with their customer service is a nightmare if you need to return anything. I've sat on hold for as long as two and a half hours. Plus I think their prices are too high considering I've found the exact same items elsewhere for way less.

Stay away from this company. The quality of what they sell is really bad and nothing looks like the pictures in their catalog. You'll also get hit with crazy shipping charges, restocking fees, and the return process takes forever. Seriously, don't order from them. You'll regret it.

I ordered two dresses and leggings. Shipping took forever and cost me an extra $20 on top of the order. When everything arrived, the dresses looked completely different from the online photos. Instead of being fitted, they were boxy with huge arm holes and zero shape, like they were designed for nobody's body. One patterned dress had the pattern cut off at the seams, showing white stripes instead. The leggings were mostly nylon with barely any stretch, so they hung loose and were practically see-through. Nothing is wearable without serious alterations. The return policy won't cover shipping costs either way, and I'd have to pay to send stuff back, so there's no point. I won't buy from them again.

Ordered a dress and top that didn't match what was shown online. The top had a small hole in the fabric on the front, not along a seam so it couldn't be repaired. I left 3 star reviews for both items and they showed up at first, but within a week they were gone. This explains why you only see 4 and 5 star ratings on their site.

I'm a regular Serengeti customer and really enjoy their catalog selection. Orders arrive quickly and reliably every time. My only complaint is the shipping charges are pretty steep, but I guess that's just part of the overall expense.

Bought a skirt set and a separate top together. The top never showed up even though the tracking said it was delivered. When I contacted customer service they weren't helpful at all. I definitely won't be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a blouse on August 16th and kept checking the status. By August 19th it said it would arrive the next day and showed it was at the local post office. But it never showed up there even though tracking kept claiming it was. Every day it said delivery was coming but nothing happened. I called customer service three separate times and they wouldn't help. On August 30th I finally called asking for my money back and they refused. They told me to wait even longer after already waiting over two weeks. My next move was calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. I shouldn't have had to do that. The tracking clearly showed I didn't get my order. Fair warning to everyone else: keep your money. This company has no real customer service and tons of complaints out there.

Their return policy is really unfair. I got some tops from them and the sizing was way off compared to what their website said. The tops were enormous on me, so I had to send back two of them. On top of the hassle, they charged me for return shipping plus a restocking fee. I'm not shopping there anymore. It just costs too much when you need to return something, especially when the sizing information is wrong.

Serengeti fashions doesn't deserve even one star. I ordered two items in November 2022 for around $66 and they still haven't arrived. I sent customer service two emails with my order information but never got a response. This company is not worth ordering from and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
