They advertised I had a hundred dollar budget for purchases. Then I logged into my account and that limit disappeared. I called them up and they removed it while we were talking. I'm trying to stay calm but I'm going to file an official complaint about this.

I want to leave negative feedback about Seventh Avenue. They've been calling me constantly trying to get me to pay money I don't have. I was also disappointed with the product quality. It didn't live up to what the description promised.

They charged my card one hundred dollars without asking me about ten minutes ago and they won't refund it. If you're thinking about ordering from them, don't make the same mistake I did. They took money from my account without permission. On top of that their stuff barely lasts three months. Even Fingerhut products are better and everybody knows Fingerhut quality is pretty poor. I'm posting about this tonight with screenshots showing the charge they made to my card.

Bought a tablet that arrived but turned out it wasn't going to work for my needs so I returned it within a couple days. Three weeks go by and they claim they never got it. When I asked for a full refund they said they'd credit everything except shipping and handling fees, and when I pushed back on that they refused. They don't care about customers and will keep your money. Good luck trying to call anyone there and asking about returns without getting attitude. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Seventh Avenue will take advantage of you and won't think twice about it.

Skip ordering from this place. I got a cookware set and some kitchen towels and the handles started falling off right away. The other handles are about to go too. The towels were okay but I spent two hundred dollars and now my credit line is ruined. When I couldn't make a payment on time due to money trouble they reported it to my credit union not just once but twice. A missed payment stays on your credit report for seven to ten years and costs money to fix. I was already struggling financially and then they tanked my credit. Avoid this company completely. Throw out their catalogs when they arrive. After I get back on my feet with my new job I'm going to shop literally anywhere else and never come back here.

Worst experience ever. I placed an order on 7/23 for a couple of items and nothing has happened since then. No shipping confirmation, no tracking info, and there's no way to reach anyone at the company. I even tried messaging them on social media and got nowhere. The whole situation is completely unacceptable. I'm planning to refuse this delivery whenever it shows up. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Nothing about their prices is discounted. Everything is overpriced and tons of items are cheaply made with really poor quality. Most stuff comes from overseas which explains a lot. They don't deserve even one star from me and I'm being completely honest.

I bought a comforter set that had a big red rose design on it. The sheets were super thin and cheap feeling and the comforter itself was really thin too. After just one week I threw it in the washer and the comforter got all shriveled up and wouldn't go back to normal. The sheets didn't hold up either. By the time I pulled everything out of the dryer except for the pillowcases, it all had to be thrown away because the quality was so bad. Don't waste your money on their bedding. I give them zero stars.

All these one star reviews floating around don't add up. Seventh Avenue is a legitimate catalog retailer connected to a bunch of other established companies like Swiss Colony and Montgomery Ward. I've been buying from them since the early 2000s and never had fraudulent activity. They automatically send return labels with every shipment in case you're not happy. If someone's claiming their identity got stolen and fake accounts were opened in their name, that's a personal security issue, not the company's fault. Yeah customer service can hit or miss at any company but I find it hard to believe there's really that many consistent bad experiences when I've always had great service. Most of these one star reviews just don't seem real to me.

Been ordering from them for quite a while now. Never ran into any problems. Everything I've gotten has been really good quality. The staff is friendly and helpful every time I need something.
