I purchased the SharkNinja neverstick 12 piece cookware set five years ago and it has a 10 year warranty. I sent photos showing damage and they agreed to replace two pots and three pans. Except they haven't. They keep telling me items are out of stock and asking me to wait 4 to 6 weeks. It's been over two months now. A warranty doesn't mean anything if the company won't actually honor it. Don't buy SharkNinja!
My cordless stick stopped pulling air properly. When I called customer service, they told me to disassemble it and they'd mail replacement parts. I let them know that wasn't going to work since I only have one functioning arm due to cancer surgery. I asked to talk to someone higher up but was told they weren't available. I mentioned I had to leave in 45 minutes and nothing ever got resolved. The way they handled it, especially knowing my situation, is really disappointing. Would not recommend SHARK to anyone.

Also be aware that tons of their top reviews come from people who got free stuff, which is basically paying for positive feedback. That bothers me a lot and I won't be spending money there. I got a Shark FlexFusion as a gift in February 2025 to replace my old Dyson that had lasted five years. Initially I was really happy with it and it worked great on my thick, curly hair. Then it stopped working on August 4, 2025. Support told me to cut the cord and throw it out before they'd send a replacement, so I did. By late December 2025, that replacement died too. I called again and they offered to upgrade me to the Glam Styler instead. I thought maybe this time would be different. It quit working by February 5, 2026, less than a month in. I've gone through three Shark styling tools in under a year. Each time it meant a really long call, having to destroy a barely used product, and going through the same routine all over again. Being forced to cut the cord and trash something that's almost brand new is wasteful and super frustrating.
Got the Ninja Woodfire BBQ. Used it a handful of times the first year and about the same amount the second year, maybe a dozen times total. Stored it in the garage over the winters. Checked on it recently and the control panel design has gotten all wrinkled and is peeling off. Looks pretty rough for something that cost over 300 bucks! Reached out to Ninja and since it's five months past warranty, they offered me 30 percent off if I wanted to buy a new one. Our Shark vacuum was about 3 years old when it quit locking into the upright position properly. Got through to customer service and after a quick video to show them what was happening, they explained that replacement parts weren't available since the model wasn't made anymore. The good news was my 5 year warranty covered a brand new model replacement. They emailed me a shipping label, I boxed it up and dropped it at a local collection point on Monday, and the new vacuum arrived by Friday. That was fantastic turnaround and the whole experience was smooth. Would definitely recommend Shark to others.
