Absolutely terrible company. Stay away. They're basically running a scam and stealing people's money. Their customer service team is a nightmare and doesn't respond. Even when they finally reply after hundreds of emails, they're super rude about it. I paid and never got my order. Then they showed me a picture of some random house as proof of delivery with no signature or anything. These are straight up scammers who rob you and don't give a damn about helping.

I'm a loyal customer who spends good money here but feel completely ignored. When I asked to change my address just four hours after ordering, support took over eight hours to get back to me and didn't even just update it themselves even though the address was already saved in my account. They kept asking me to do it manually instead. This has happened more than once. Now they're telling me to call UPS myself, but I can't because I'm not the package recipient. Support just keeps sending me the same copy-paste answers and won't help. In one month alone they messed up my order twice and sent the wrong items. I also got stuck paying duties for the wrong sizes that I didn't order.

Ordered a shirt and it came in an empty box with just packing paper in it. When I called customer service, they claimed the order shipped correctly and wouldn't give me a refund or send a replacement. Now I'm stuck $159 in the hole with nothing to show for it. The whole thing was disappointing and their response made it even worse.

Got the Madewell Transport tote and it's definitely spacious. I can fit everything I need including food and drink. It's much roomier than a typical purse. My issue is they mailed me the wrong color. I kept it because the bag itself is nice and I didn't want to bother with an exchange. Then I found out the same bag is $10 less on another site that's part of the same company anyway. Kind of annoying since I logged in through my account there.

If you're shopping from Canada, watch out! They'll charge you a duties deposit on your order and won't give it back. When I noticed I was short over $500 from my refund compared to what they charged me, I called their support line. They told me that even though they collected the deposit upfront for estimated duties and taxes, they won't refund it. They said I need to request the commercial invoice on my own and contact Canadian customs to try and get the money back myself. This is not how other major US retailers handle it. I've ordered from plenty of other companies like Revolve and Net-a-Porter and they always refund duties paid directly to them without any hassle. When I asked where this policy is posted on their site, first they said it's in the terms, but when I told them I couldn't find it, they put me on hold and came back saying they'd check with management.
