I'd give this zero stars if I could. I was trying to book a special spa experience as a retirement present for my husband. Everything seemed to go through perfectly with the payment processed, but then two days later I got a message saying the date I chose wasn't actually available and shouldn't have shown as open. I'm really upset about this, and I'm still waiting for my money back.
