I placed an order and it never arrived. When I reached out asking for a refund or some kind of compensation, the company basically ignored me.

I ordered a 5 pack of 3D cards for my grandsons and only received 3. They basically said I was making it up and that their shipping company would never lose anything. After sending pictures of the tiny envelope with cards crammed inside, it took 3 emails just to get them to offer me a $3 refund. I didn't want money, I wanted the actual cards. Won't order from them again and I'm telling everyone else to avoid them too.

I've been buying Splendid for years now. My skin is picky about fabrics, so I need something really soft, and this brand nails it every time. Found some incredible deals on their website during a sale event. The items came fast and were exactly what I ordered. Their long sleeve tshirts are fantastic - look nice, feel amazing, and hold up great in the wash without fading or losing their shape. I also grabbed some of their stretchy underwire bras in multiple colors and they're seriously the best. Super comfy, so soft to wear, and really well made.

Ordered a Christmas gift for my grandson on December 8th with the promise it would arrive before the holiday. What a nightmare. I watched it get stuck in Sweden on the 18th, finally made it to the US on the 23rd, but didn't show up at my house until January 10th. Completely useless by then. Asked for a refund and they offered me $2 as a 'goodwill gesture.' Absolutely not doing business with them again. I noticed tons of other customers complaining about the exact same problem.

Bought something that supposedly got delivered on December 27th. Problem is, it never actually showed up. I emailed them and got one response, then radio silence. Checked with my credit card and can't even see the charge anymore. I really dislike shopping online anyway. Just a heads up - the site was some knockoff version found on Facebook, not the real splendid website.

Honestly, skip this company and save yourself the aggravation. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. The seller sent my order to the wrong address and now they're saying I can't get a refund or replacement because I won't be able to return the items that went to someone else. That doesn't even make business sense. When I asked to talk to their fraud team, they just stopped emailing me back. Watch out before you order.

Sent back 3 out of 4 items but never got credited. The 4th item was charged to my account but never actually sent to me - it just sat there saying 'waiting to be picked up' in their system even though it showed as delivered with the other three. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This place seems like it's falling apart.

The exact same issue from other reviews just happened to me. I ordered three shirts and paid extra for faster shipping. Only one shirt showed up, so I emailed them. They claimed all three were shipped separately in different packages and that two arrived minutes apart. That doesn't add up. They literally told me to check my neighborhood. If FedEx left one package at my door, why would they put the other one somewhere random instead of right there with it? I live in a gated, secure community anyway. And where's the third package? They said if I dispute it with my bank and FedEx can't locate them, I won't get my money back. It's insane. I've sent a couple follow-ups asking for the shipping info to track these through FedEx, but they haven't responded. If these don't show up soon, I'm calling my bank. This is not something I wanted to deal with.

My order from this company took forever to arrive. I was really let down, especially these days when I order from tons of other sites like Etsy and get stuff from across the world in normal timeframes. This order sat around for a whole month. It was supposed to be final sale, but since it took so long getting here, I asked if they'd make an exception since it was a birthday gift and I'd ordered it two weeks ahead. They flat out refused to help at all. Completely unacceptable. I won't be ordering from them again.

Got the love sweater and was really let down by how it was made. The fabric peels and sheds everywhere. For what they charge, it's just not worth it.

One star is generous. Zero communication. They said 5 days delivery and now it's been 18 days. Stay away from this place.

Total scam. Can't find any customer service department anywhere. We ordered a playpen and it's been sitting in China for weeks. Tried to cancel but got no response from anybody. Had to contact the credit card company and reverse the charge. Do not give them your money.

Total rip-off. Ordered a charger 2 months ago. Got a bunch of emails about it being processed, then shipped, but it's been stuck at some random delivery company for 6 weeks now with no real answers. Don't waste your money on this company.

Terrible experience with customer service. I bought a sweater cardigan that immediately started stretching and pilling like crazy. When I complained, they basically said too bad and told me to buy a special tool to fix it. I've owned nice cashmere sweaters before and gotten minor pilling over years. This thing looks like I've worn it for 5 years after wearing it twice. Really frustrating.

Made a purchase and ran into an issue with some boots I'd bought. The customer service person was really knowledgeable, sorted out my problem quickly, and went above and beyond what I expected. Very satisfied and looking forward to being a repeat customer.
